The vault is protected via a “Piano Lock” as we have got the password from Alabaster’s SQL Lite database we attempt to play this on the piano.

Shame we haven’t got the write “key”? Alabaster provides us another hint:

“Really, it’s Mozart. And it should be in the key of D, not E.”

So as described in the PDF about how to play the piano from Alabaster’s e-mail, we have to transpose the password a whole step from E to D:
